Mountain weather changes fast. From Bosorka you are close to places you can enjoy in rain, fog or wind – and some are literally across the road.
Hotel Bystrá water and sauna world
A 2,000 m² wellness area: large pool, children’s pool, lazy river, whirlpool and massage jets. The sauna world has Finnish, steam, salt and infrared saunas. Agree your entry time with the reception in advance.
Bystrianska Cave
The tour takes 45 minutes on a 580 m circuit with hardly any climbing (26 steps), so children and older visitors manage it easily. The cave keeps the same temperature all year – bring a sweater.
Cave of Dead Bats
A more adventurous guided tour in the Ďumbier karst. The entrance is reached on foot, so it suits fitter visitors.
Banská Bystrica
A historic square with the Clock Tower, cafés, the Central Slovak Gallery and the SNP Museum. A good plan for a whole rainy day.

A narrow-gauge railway through the Horehronie forests that children love. It runs mainly from spring to autumn and on selected winter dates – check the timetable.

Year-round aquaparks with thermal water. If you want to stay closer, our Bosorka Zrub log cabin is 2.5 km from Tatralandia.
